Adaptive Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to manage a field-based caseload in the Houston area. You will deliver skilled in-home PT visits, perform comprehensive assessments, and lead a plan of care focused on gait, transfers, strengthening, and safety.
Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a productivity-based compensation model at $75 per productivity point and a target of 28 points per week to ensure patient care quality and efficiency.
