Avenue
360 Health And Wellness is seeking a Resident Care Assistant for the Hospice location at Omega House. You will participate in direct and indirect care to residents and families under the supervision of the Resident Care Team Leader.
Responsibilities include documenting care, assisting with personal care and meals, maintaining a safe environment, coordinating with volunteers, and contributing to Quality Assurance projects. On-call duties may be required.
