Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral health assessments.
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader care team while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
- Ability to practice independently where required by state law.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Experience with evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, or similar) preferred.
