The Aspenwood Company is hiring Resident Assistants to provide compassionate care in Village of the Heights, an Assisted Living with Memory Care community. You will support seniors with daily activities, meals, and social engagement in a warm, homelike environment.
We seek caring individuals with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, and a commitment to privacy under HIPAA. Weekend availability is required, with two evening shifts per week.
