Job Responsibilities & CriteriaThe purpose of the QMHP-CS Field Supervisor position is to provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of up to (15) QMHP-CS staff members. The Field Supervisor works closely with the Program Director to ensure the team is providing high-quality services, maintaining compliance, and receiving the support and resources necessary for success. This is a W-2 position that includes benefits, vacation time, and PTO.
In addition to all QMHP-CS responsibilities, the Field Supervisor is expected to:
- Maintain a client caseload
- Conduct mandatory biweekly Wednesday team meetings.
- Review QMHP-CS documentation for quality and compliance.
- Review and approve or deny submitted notes daily by 12:00 p.m.
- Train and onboard new QMHP-CS staff.
- Conduct field shadowing and coaching with QMHP-CS team members.
- Hold regular one-on-one supervision meetings with QMHP-CS staff.
- Maintain regular office presence as needed to support staff, operations, meetings,
- training, and administrative responsibilities while balancing client service demands.
- Coordinate directly with the Program Director regarding program operations and staff performance.
- Submit a weekly QMHP-CS team update report to the Program Director.
- Attend leadership meetings twice per month.
- Participate in biweekly supervision meetings with the assigned clinician.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major (or equivalent coursework) in a human services field such as:
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Counseling
- Sociology
- Human Growth and Development
- Previous Supervisory skills or experience
- At least 2–5 years of experience providing mental health services.
