Job Overview

Always Best Care Humble Kingwood is a small business in the Humble/Kingwood area that specializes in Non‑Medical In‑Home Care for seniors. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide personalized support and improve seniors’ quality of life.

Pay: $13–$15 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available up to 12 hours per week; preferences for day, evening, and holiday work.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, vital sign measurement, and height/weight recording.
• Support mobility needs, including transfers from bed to walker or wheelchair.
• Carry out tasks per the client’s Care Plan: feeding, meal prep, medication reminders, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, social and outdoor activities, and shopping.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of documented caregiver experience.
• Current driver’s license with an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Pass a background check.
• CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
• Empathy and respect for clients, staff, and the public.
• Effective written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude and confidentiality of client information.
• Experience with Memory Care, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, or Alzheimer’s patients (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Kingwood, TX.
