Position: Occupational Therapy Assistants (68L)

Overview

Enlist as a Soldier into the United States Army and as an Occupational Therapy Specialist (68L), you ll work under a registered Occupational Therapist to supervise, test, and assist patients in performing daily life tasks after an illness or injury. Additionally, you ll help promote physical fitness and show patients lifestyle modifications to keep them happy and healthy. This is not a civilian contractor position.

No experience necessary. Position is entry level.

Requirements
  • A U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card
  • 17 to 34 Years Old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Meet Tattoo Guidelines
  • No Major Law Violations
  • No Medical Concerns
Testing & Certifications
  • 8 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available
  • 2 training phases required:
    Phase one 18 weeks, Phase two 16 weeks
  • 107 ASVAB Score:
    General Technical (GT)
  • 101 ASVAB Score:
    Skilled Technical (ST)
