Right at Home Northwest Houston is seeking compassionate and caring Caregivers to join our dynamic care team! As a Caregiver with Right at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their loved ones by providing quality home care services. • Provides various personal care and related services in accordance with an established plan of care
• Assists clients with personal hygiene, ambulation/transfer, dressing/electric shaving, preparing meals and snacks, and accompanying them on errands or medical appointments
• Performs light housekeeping activities to maintain a comfortable living environment
• Develops and maintains a high level of trust and rapport with clients
• Communicates effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
