Houston Transitional Care is seeking an experienced Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, coordinate with families and physicians, and document services in medical records. You will also train facility staff and supervise therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care.
You will perform timely assessments, develop treatment plans, obtain physician approvals, discharge planning, and participate in in-services and care conferences as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.
