Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Renal Dietitian to provide nutrition education, counseling, and interventions to ESRD patients in clinical settings. The role involves developing care plans, performing nutrition assessments, and coordinating with the IDT.
Travel to facilities is required and CMS regulations must be followed. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nutrition or Dietetics, and active Registered Dietitian status with CMS-required clinical experience.
