Resident Care Partner - PRN (Part Time) at Tradition Senior Living, LP – Houston, Woodway community.

The Tradition Senior Living organization is a Texas-based luxury senior living provider dedicated to excellence in service, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth.

We are seeking a PRN Resident Care Partner (CP) to provide direct personal care to residents according to individualized Service Plans. The CP reports to the Resident Services Coordinator and the Memory Care Director.

Responsibilities
  • PRN shifts: 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide resident care.
  • Respond to resident calls and maintain close communication with all departments.
  • Assist with resident outings and community events.
  • Maintain resident dignity, confidentiality, and rights.
  • Encourage participation in activities and lead programming/activities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with housekeepers, maintenance, and Dining Services to maintain cleanliness and address resident needs.
  • Follow safety policies, proper lifting, infection control, fire safety, and universal precautions.
  • Assist and serve residents at mealtimes, support daily household tasks, and ensure apartments are safe and neat.
  • Conduct wellness checks per service plan, at least hourly, and follow duty schedules.
  • Attend required training, in-service sessions, and staff meetings.
  • Promote a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co‑workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
  • Certified CNA or CMA (preferred).
  • At least one year of experience working with seniors.
  • Physical requirements:

    stand and walk short distances, frequent lifting of 20–30 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, and reach; high activity level.
