We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients regain movement and manage pain. This role involves assisting with treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and ensuring the overall comfort and safety of our patients.

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and care routines.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Ensure the therapy environment is clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record‑keeping.

• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
