Day‑To‑Day
  • Conduct initial intake screening and assessment to determine individual treatment needs from clients seeking substance use treatment as required per program.
  • Conduct orientation for individuals referred to the program.
  • Create individual treatment plans based on assessment findings, reviews/revises as client progresses.
  • Provide clients with individual and group counseling and case management services, as related to their ongoing needs using approved curricula.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client record documentation including filing all clinical documentation per requirements of law.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client status and activities as required by funding agencies.
  • Monitor and notify Director of potential psychological crises with individual clients that may affect the operation of the program or the facility, or may necessitate further intervention.
  • Maintain documentation of treatment in CMBHS or other electronic record‑keeping, and other client files as required by funding sources.
Qualifications
  • LCDC License is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field is preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
