Elite Dermatology PLLC is looking for a friendly and organized Dermatology Receptionist to join our growing team in Kingwood, TX! • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries promptly
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect payment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and demographic information
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with insurance providers as needed
• Support clinical staff and providers to ensure smooth daily office operations

• Prior experience as a medical receptionist or front desk role in a healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with dermatology or specialty medical practice is a plus
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance, co-pays, and patient billing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
