Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

This position supports research protocols through the standardized administration and scoring of neuropsychological, developmental, and cognitive assessments, with an emphasis on children and adolescents with profound autism, co-occurring intellectual disability, and neurogenetic conditions. The role works closely with supervising psychologists and the broader research team to administer assessments, report scores, assist with interpretation, summarize findings in written reports, and ensure accurate documentation.

Candidates should have experience working with children and adolescents with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities, including individuals with complex developmental and behavioral profiles. The position also contributes to research operations by maintaining protocol and regulatory materials, supporting training and orientation activities, and assisting with related duties as assigned.

Job Duties
  • Performs test administration and scoring of neuropsychological test batteries (including developmental and cognitive assessments) for individual research participants through various research protocols with a particular emphasis on children and adolescents with profound autism, co-occurring intellectual disability, and neurogenetic conditions.
  • Supports supervising psychologists by reporting test scores, assisting with interpretation of assessment results, and summarizing findings in written reports while ensuring standardized administration, accurate scoring, and careful documentation.
  • Participates in training, orientation, team meetings.
  • Maintains regulatory documents.
  • Contributes to research operations by preparing and maintaining protocol summaries, consent forms, regulatory documents, procedure manuals, case report forms, and source documents, while supporting team operations through training, orientation, and team meetings.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • No experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in a related field.
  • Experience administering neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents with autism and intellectual/ developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals who have complex developmental and behavioral profiles.
