Work OverviewWe are looking for a Home Health Occupational Therapist Field Supervisor responsible for supervising and supporting home health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring high‑quality care delivered in patients’ home environments. The Field Supervisor builds caseloads, conducts patient evaluations, and ensures patient goals meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for home health COTAs, offering guidance in clinical decision‑making, patient care, and documentation.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality care and mentor COTAs.
- Monitor and evaluate COTAs’ progress in treating their caseloads, providing constructive feedback as needed.
- Build and maintain caseloads for home health COTAs, ensuring an appropriate mix of patients to optimize productivity and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to adjust caseloads based on therapist availability and patient needs.
- Ensure caseload management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct at least eight patient evaluations per week to assess needs and function and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas.
- At least two years of experience as an OT in a home health or clinical setting.
- Valid proof of auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
