Smilestones ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Houston, Texas.

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Smilestones ABA, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities include:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect accurate session and behavioral data
• Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Follow all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in person in Houston, TX 76179
• Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
