Make a Difference Every Day As a Caregiver with Bright Star Care, you'll help seniors and clients of all ages remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Accompanying clients to appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activities
• Assisting with active and passive mobility exercises according to the care plan
• Observing clients and reporting changes in their condition to the Director of Nursing
• Providing dependable, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and confidentiality

What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of caregiving or CNA experience
• Valid CPR Certification from an in-person class
• Negative TB Test within the last 12 months
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Reliable transportation
• AHCA Level 2 Background Clearance
• Successful drug and motor vehicle background screenings
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical duties such as standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and transferring clients
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver is highly encouraged.
