Elite Dermatology PLLC is looking for a friendly and organized Dermatology Receptionist to join our Vintage Park team in Houston, TX! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. • Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner at the front desk
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and patient balances
• Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information in the EMR system
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with insurance providers as needed
• Ensure the waiting area and front desk remain organized and presentable

• 1+ year of experience in a medical or dermatology front desk/receptionist role preferred
• Familiarity with medical insurance verification and co-pay collection
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume clinic setting
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a positive demeanor
