We are looking for both experienced sterile compounding technicians and motivated pharmacy technicians who want to build a career in sterile compounding.

If you have experience working in a cleanroom, hospital IV room, 503A/503B compounding pharmacy, or other sterile production environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Sterile Compounding Technician, you will work inside our ISO-classified sterile compounding suite preparing sterile medications under established quality and aseptic standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Compound sterile preparations using validated aseptic technique
• Follow USP and USP requirements and company procedures
• Accurately weigh and prepare APIs and other components according to formulation records
• Perform sterile filtration, transfers, vial filling, and related compounding processes
• Verify ingredients, lot numbers, expiration dates, quantities, and batch information
• Complete batch records and compounding documentation accurately and in real-time
• Follow proper cleanroom garbing, hand hygiene, and disinfection procedures
• Maintain cleanroom cleanliness and perform required daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
• Properly handle hazardous drugs using required PPE and containment procedures
• Complete gloved fingertip sampling, media-fill testing, and ongoing competency assessments
• Immediately report deviations, quality concerns, or potential contamination risks
• Maintain supplies and support equipment, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities
• Participate in quality initiatives, training, and mock inspections

Preferred experience includes:

• Sterile compounding or IV preparation experience
• Hospital pharmacy, home infusion, 503A, or 503B experience
• Knowledge of aseptic technique
• Familiarity with USP and USP
• Experience with batch records and controlled documentation

Previous sterile compounding experience is highly preferred, but we will consider strong pharmacy technicians who demonstrate the attention to detail, discipline, and aptitude required to become excellent sterile compounders.
