Compensation:$65 – $75 per hour + potential performance-based incentives

Our focus is on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care that enhances both health and confidence through primary care, aesthetic treatments, and hormone optimization.

• Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese and experienced in aesthetic procedures and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This is a full-time opportunity to join a growing practice and play a key role in both patient care and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care (acute, chronic, preventive)
• Perform med spa / aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical procedures
• Evaluate and manage patients for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including lab review and treatment planning
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and aesthetic options
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with providers and staff across both locations as needed

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or ANCC)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese (required)
• Experience in aesthetic/med spa procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.) (preferred)
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) (preferred)
• Strong background in family medicine / primary care
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Preferred Skills

• Aesthetic certifications or advanced training
• Experience in a med spa or integrative/wellness practice
• Confidence in recommending aesthetic services
• EMR/EHR proficiency
