Medical Receptionist (Bilingual) – Full-Time

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our busy interventional pain management clinic located in Cypress/Tomball. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to be a vital part of a dedicated healthcare team, providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Collect copays, deductibles, co-insurance amounts, and balance daily batches
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages)
• Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role
• Experience with Athena EMR/EHR system is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of insurance billing and collections is preferred
