. Our therapy center in Houston, TX (Cypress) is a carefully designed environment for children with autism, and we’re seeking a passionate Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our growing, clinician-led team.

As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving outcomes for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Supervising Behavior Technicians and overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs.
• Conducting behavioral assessments (e.g., preference assessments, functional assessments, etc.).
• Training caregivers and providing staff development for those pursuing BCBA certification.
• Monitoring client progress and ensuring services meet the highest clinical and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary professionals to create meaningful outcomes.
• Managing smaller-than-average caseloads to maintain high-quality care.

We’re seeking a dedicated professional with:

• Active BCBA or QBA certification (required).
• Texas LBA license (or the ability to obtain one).
• A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and ABATs (preferred).
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and leadership.
• A commitment to maintaining clean background/drug screenings and a valid driving record.

• Pay: $78,000 - $98,000 (depending on experience) + performance-based annual bonuses.
