FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one in-home and senior living care in Glenn Mills, PA. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs that improve mobility and independence for older adults.
Telehealth may be used to extend access and continuity of care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly in the EMR, and educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
