This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and innovative team. We are looking for therapists to join our behavioral health programs, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors. We offer full or part-time positions for qualified applicants to primarily provide individual therapy sessions. For a part-time positions we ask that a clinician can do a minimum of 24 sessions per week.

The position comes with a robust benefits package, which adds over 30% to total compensation package.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial (BPS) assessments and formulate accurate clinical impressions.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in weekly consultation and supervision meetings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth; couples and family therapy is optional.
• Offer appropriate referrals and community resources to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and treatment team as needed.

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards under the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and applicable laws.
• Maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate cultural humility when serving diverse populations.

• Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD (required).
