Description
Supervise, schedule, and train bell staff to ensure efficient and professional service
Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
Oversee luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms
Coordinate guest transportation services, valet assistance, and group arrivals/departures
Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of luggage storage and guest deliveries
Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Valet teams to ensure seamless operations
Monitor staff appearance, grooming, and adherence to service standards
Support VIP arrivals and special events coordination
