Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, and train bell staff to ensure efficient and professional service
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
- Oversee luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms
- Coordinate guest transportation services, valet assistance, and group arrivals/departures
- Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of luggage storage and guest deliveries
- Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor staff appearance, grooming, and adherence to service standards
- Support VIP arrivals and special events coordination
