- Support the Reservations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Reservations Department, supervising, guiding and motivating the team to ensure alignment with Auberge luxury standards.
- Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information.
- Responding to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
- Assist in the monitoring of daily pick‑up, availability, and occupancy trends; communicate relevant updates to the team.
- Ensure all guests and Travel Agent communications are responded to promptly and in accordance with Auberge guidelines.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, detailed notes, and preferences in the PMS and lead management systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining rate integrity and executing revenue management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, reservations checklist completion, and billing accuracy.
- Assist with daily production reports and other departmental administrative tasks as required.
- Manage OTA platforms in coordination with the Reservations Manager.

Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a luxury environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
- Strong computer skills, previous experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
