  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in all areas of the business, including FOH and BOH.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be dependable, professional, and team‑oriented.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills

Requirements

Work is primarily performed on‑site at The Elmont, which includes swim club, banquet, and restaurant facilities. The environment is fast‑paced and dynamic, often featuring loud music, large crowds, and a high‑energy atmosphere.

The noise level can range from moderate to high depending on the event or time of day. Team members should be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings and in varying weather conditions.

The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing stairs, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Extended periods of physical activity and being on your feet are typical during shifts, especially during high‑volume events or peak dining hours.
