Oversee all aspects of banquet service, including setup, service and breakdown, in accordance with the event BEO, while ensuring high standards of service and presentation.;
Coordinate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery according to event specifications;
Ensures final quality check on food and beverage items immediately prior to serving guests;
Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests as they arrive; provides general property information and offers heartfelt and sincere thank you farewell for all guests as they depart.;
Manage banquet staff in a professional manner, including assigning tasks, training, and providing guidance to ensure a high level of performance.;
Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to review event BEO details, timelines, and guest expectations.
