Lead the Team That Converts the Stadium Overnight.

Aramark is hiring an Event Setup & Teardown Lead to oversee overnight venue conversions at Daikin Park. After Houston Astros games, concerts, and major events, this team is responsible for breaking down event layouts and preparing the stadium for the next configuration.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. The Lead works alongside crew members while directing workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficiency during tight turnaround windows.

• Lead and direct event setup and teardown crew members
• Assign tasks and monitor progress during venue conversions
• Ensure proper setup of tables, chairs, barricades, staging, and equipment
• Oversee breakdown and removal of event materials
• Ensure safety standards are followed during lifting and equipment movement
• Maintain clear communication with operations supervisors
• Inspect completed setups for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure equipment is stored properly and safely
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and productivity

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently
• Previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
• Adaptable to guest needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
