Job Description

Responsible for the overall leadership and daily execution of all Food and Beverage outlets and Room Service. Maintains established service standards, ensures proper staffing, training, and supervision of all outlet personnel, and supports the planning and execution of special events and activations. Delivers prompt, courteous service in alignment with Omni Food & Beverage standards, company policies, and procedures. Owns guest experience recovery, team performance, and key operational results across all food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations for all Food and Beverage outlets to ensure consistent service execution and brand standards.
  • Maintain ownership of guest experience and recovery, ensuring timely resolutions and documentation of service concerns.
  • Conduct daily pre-meal meetings and ensure consistent communication of priorities, service standards, menu knowledge, and operational updates.
  • Supervise service periods and floor execution, including pacing, table maintenance, service scenarios, and outlet readiness.
  • Ensure complete and accurate guest information is captured in POS and reservation systems as required.
  • Assists with ownership over staffing plans and scheduling for all outlets, including supervisors and service teams, aligned to volume forecasts and labor targets.
  • Ensure side work, opening and closing procedures, and shift checklists are completed consistently across all outlets.
  • Monitor quality, consistency, presentation, and timing of food and beverage items from kitchen and bars and address concerns immediately.
  • Maintain outlet atmosphere, cleanliness, and physical standards including lighting, music, dining room and bar set up, and service station organization.
  • Ensure uniforms, grooming, and appearance standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain adequate service ware and supplies through coordination with Stewarding and Purchasing.
  • Oversee menus and service materials for all outlets, ensuring accuracy, updates, and team communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and safe work standards across all outlets and elevate concerns immediately.
  • Know, follow, and enforce all company policies and procedures including responsible alcohol service and liquor liability laws, including prohibiting service to intoxicated guests and minors.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new associates and supervisors, ensuring role readiness prior to independent shifts.
  • Provide daily coaching and ongoing development to build service consistency, product knowledge, and leadership bench strength.
  • Hold associates accountable to standards through real time feedback, documentation, and corrective action in partnership with ASC and department leadership.
  • Drive operational results through labor productivity, cost control, and service execution across all outlets.
  • Monitor and support guest satisfaction scores and service recovery trends and implement improvements as needed.
  • Complete accurate monthly inventories of front of house products and support end of month processes.
  • Review and control comps, voids, discounts, and charge procedures in accordance with policy.
  • Ensure check controls are followed, including dispute prevention practices and required documentation when issues occur.
