Front Desk Guest Service Agent

Double Tree Hotel and Suites by the Galleria is looking for people who are passionate about delivering great guest service and enjoy engaging with people. If you have an outgoing personality and previous direct customer service experience submit your to apply!

Required Skills & Abilities:

-Two (2) years of direct customer service experience required

-Previous hotel front desk experience highly preferred

-Previous Hilton Brand experience a plus

-Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays

-Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written

-High comfortability in working with computers

-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours

-Basic mathematical skills for cash handling purposes

Job Description:

-Welcome guests, complete check-in process and explain hotel amenities/offers

-Promote hotel services and facilities for revenue opportunities

-Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

-Resolve guest complaints and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
