Compensation
Towne Park offers competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range is $11 per hour plus $13-$15 per hour in tips. Actual compensation depends on job‑related skills, experience, education, or training, and location.
ScheduleWork schedule depends on hotel business volumes and will be discussed during the interview. Open availability is recommended.

Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for these benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist hotel guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up during arrival and departure.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor, using guest last names, salutation of the day and welcoming them to the location.
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
- Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Conduct thorough room presentations for guests.
- Assist guests with room changes when needed.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of rooms, meeting facilities and public areas of the hotel.
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation to off‑site locations using only approved taxi cab or transport services.
- Correctly tag individual bags for storage in the bell storage area.
- Ensure safe transport of all guests and luggage to and from assigned destinations.
- Continuously monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area.
- Deliver messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Account Manager.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Licensure, Certification, etc.Completion of the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
Work ExperienceOne to three months related experience and/or training.
Knowledge- Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Read, write, and comprehend English language.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients and employees.
- Add and subtract three‑digit numbers, multiply and divide with tens and hundreds using American money units.
- Understand 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Understand rates applicable to time passed.
