Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent in Houston, TX
. As the first point of contact, you’ll create a warm, welcoming experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring billing and reservations are accurate.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring financial transactions are accurate.
• Manage phone calls professionally, providing helpful information and assistance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist other departments—including laundry and housekeeping—when needed to support smooth hotel operations.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving and guest relations abilities.
