The hotel is spread across five small buildings with an all-day restaurant, lobby bar, and intimate event space. The Minibar Attendant is responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a well‑stocked and impeccably maintained minibar experience. This role is essential in upholding our hotel’s commitment to luxury, comfort, and seamless guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Accurately record minibar consumption and charge guests accordingly.
- Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.
- Report any maintenance or operational issues in guest rooms.
- Provide courteous and discreet service, respecting guests’ privacy.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as needed or directed, based on fluctuating demands and to exceed customer expectations.
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and guest charges.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
