Fancy's is a cinematic supper club in the heart of River Oaks where elevated dining meets intentional atmosphere. From S.U.S.H.I. Wednesdays to late-night celebration dining, every evening at Fancy's is a production. We are looking for people who bring genuine warmth, quiet confidence, and a standard of care that our guests feel from the moment they arrive.

We are seeking a Host who understands that first impressions are not just important, they are everything. The ideal candidate is poised, socially perceptive, and service-minded. Someone who can manage a room, read a guest, and contribute to the seamless, unhurried experience Fancy's is known for.

• Welcome and seat all guests in a way that sets the tone for their entire Fancy's experience.
• Manage reservations and the waitlist in real time using Open Table.
• Coordinate seating flow with the Floor Manager to balance table turns and guest experience.
• Brief the floor team on VIPs, special occasions, and reservation notes before each shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle concerns with professionalism and grace.
• Maintain a polished host stand and uphold dress code and atmosphere standards throughout service.

• 2+ years of front‑of‑house experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Proficient with Open Table or a similar reservation management platform.
• Calm, polished communicator with strong social awareness and genuine hospitality instincts.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent on every shift.
