Drive guests to and from the hotel, airport, shopping centers, and other destinations;
Inspect and maintain the courtesy van, ensuring cleanliness, fuel, and readiness;
Explain van features such as radio, television, and communication systems to guests;
Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and local attractions;
Notify guests in lobby, dining rooms, or other areas; deliver messages and run errands;
Maintain lobby and front porte-cochere areas, including trash removal, snow/ice management, and cleaning of sidewalks and floors
