Job DetailsCompensation: Hourly base pay range is $15–$16 per hour, determined by the candidate’s job‑related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Work Schedule: Standard shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm; shift times may change based on hotel business volumes and candidate availability.
Benefits: Eligible employees may enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits, as well as a company 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits described above.
Job SummaryThe Valet Cashier is responsible for securing guest vehicle keys and accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor, greeting by last names and using appropriate salutations.
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
- Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions.
- Collect and reconcile revenue, issue receipts, accurately categorize tickets for audit, and complete detailed shift reports following all cash bank standard operating procedures.
- Operate equipment—including register, gate, and credit card machine—while obtaining event and rate information and identifying overnight vehicle revenue that has not been charged.
- Maintain clean, neat work environment, including cashier booth, parking areas, and trash receptacles.
- Collect claim checks/tickets from guests before issuing keys, inspecting keys for vehicle location and damage.
- Produce guest vehicle key inventory for billing and pull keys in pick‑up order.
Perform all job functions within 100% of the time, following operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Licensure:
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen. - Experience:
One to three months of related customer service experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge:
Ability to understand 24‑hour and military time systems and applicable rates. - Skills:
Read and write standard English, comprehend simple instructions and memos, write simple correspondence, present information effectively to guests and employees, perform basic arithmetic with money and measurements.
The job is routine; duties are performed with specific directions and are frequently checked or verified.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands- Work requires talking or hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, running, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.

Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. - Weight:
Exert up to 50lb occasionally, up to 25lb frequently, or over 10lb constantly. - Environment:
Majority of work outdoors for the entire shift; exposure to extreme heat and cold weather. - Travel:
Up to 5% may be required.
