Role Overview
We are hiring a Room Inspector/Housekeeping Supervisor. As the Housekeeping Manager you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry, and house person team members. Working closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments, you ensure the guest experience goes off without a hitch. You take complete ownership of the property’s cleanliness from guest rooms to public areas, working with your team and other departments to meet high cleanliness and productivity standards and to maintain a proper working order, driving guest service levels.
As a Manager, you model the behaviors and actions expected from your team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, passion for training, productivity drive, and ability to anticipate your team’s and guest’s needs while staying calm and focused during busy periods are critical.
Coaching and mentoring your team while holding them accountable for results is part of your role. You are accountable for the entire housekeeping department, from onboarding and training to performance management and succession planning, supporting your teams’ development while meeting guest needs and achieving company goals.

Ideal Candidates- Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi‑unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor with great care and attention to detail to ensure quality.
- Good communication skills, outgoing, friendly, and able to speak professionally with guests, managers, and colleagues.
