Salary: $225,000–$250,000 + Bonus + PTO + 401(k) + Signing Bonus + Benefits + Relocation
I am hiring on behalf of a leading hospitality management company for an exceptional executive leadership opportunity based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
This senior role will oversee a growing portfolio of luxury hospitality assets, providing strategic leadership across hotel operations, food & beverage, guest experience, and business performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing properties while driving future growth, acquisitions, and new development initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic operational leadership across multiple luxury hotels and resorts.
- Drive financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Partner with ownership and executive teams on growth strategies, acquisitions, and new developments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams.
- Maintain world-class service standards while supporting continued portfolio expansion throughout Mexico.
- Senior hospitality executive with experience as a Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Managing Director, or Corporate Operations leader.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality assets.
- Strong expertise in hotel operations, food & beverage, financial performance, and team leadership.
- Fluent in Spanish with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region and support a growing hospitality portfolio.
