Our Property

The Houston Marriott Westchase is one of the largest full‑service Marriott hotels in Houston. What

You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Be the warm and welcoming face of our hotel overnight! As a Part‑Time member of the Hotel Night Auditor team at the Houston Marriott Westchase Hotel
, you will combine your hotel front office experience to support overnight hotel accounting operations, including processing daily financial reports, handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs, balancing transactions, and ensuring a smooth overnight experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys providing excellent guest service.

Scheduling

Requires ability to work 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM with no scheduling restrictions, including weekdays, weekends and holidays. Schedules may change weekly to meet business demands.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in the guest following Marriott brand guest service standards.
  • Enter and manage guest and staff communications in computer systems, update guest profiles, resolve concerns professionally, and document follow‑up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Continuously maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on room availability, room types, available amenities, and rates, as well as available guest upgrade options.
  • Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and auditing spreadsheets and reports.
  • Audit and reconcile hotel financials including room charges, transactions, and revenue postings strictly adhering to established procedures.
