Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.

Salary: $55,000.00 yearly. Full-time position.

Provides excellent customer service internally and externally.

Supervises front desk team members to ensure extraordinary guest satisfaction.

Secures group, corporate, and transient business.

Directs hotel housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the property.

Performs duties personally or delegates to departmental staff.

Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, and financial performance.

Ensures operation of Guest Services, Concierge, PBX, and Uniformed Services/Transportation.

Supports sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Delivers outstanding guest experiences.

Reports to Food and Beverage Manager.

Serves beverages and food to guests in a friendly and timely manner.

Prepares beverages.

Performs daily responsibilities with dedication.

Ensures compliance with company and safety standards.

Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of hotel’s systems and equipment.

Handles general maintenance tasks.
