Laundry Valet Attendant

Role Overview

The Laundry/Valet Attendant processes all guest laundry requests, including pressing, cleaning, dry‑cleaning, spot cleaning, and repairs. The position operates dry‑cleaning machinery and washers/dryers to specified standards, handles rags, house towels, uniforms, and is familiar with proper chemical usage.

• Operate dry‑cleaning machine and washers/dryers and maintain specified standards for rags, house towels, uniforms, etc.
• Process requested one‑hour pressing and spot clean any garments.
• Apply tagging system when processing laundry and dry‑cleaning in the hotel.
• Read clothing labels and instructions before processing items.
• Remove spots and stains from garments whenever possible.
• Report any damaged garment to management.
• Steam, press, and touch‑up garments professionally in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

• Passion for laundry work.
• Ability to work independently.
• Previous laundry/valet experience in a luxury hotel preferred but not required.
