You will greet residents and guests, monitor traffic, maintain common areas, and support the sales team with inquiries to ensure a warm, safe environment. Role requires weekend availability, with part-time shifts on weekends from 7:00 a.m.
to 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; pay is $14.00 per hour.
