Rooms Preventative Maintenance

Marriott Hotels - 6580 Fannin Street - Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces as required.;
Inspect and replace hardware and fixtures such as light fixtures, mattresses, box springs, bed frames; inspect and repair grout and caulking.;
Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms according to procedures and standards.;
Perform minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.;
Report safety hazards and maintenance problems to supervisor and follow safety policies.
