We're looking for a hospitality professional who believes luxury service shouldn't only exist inside five-star hotels.
We want to bring that level of guest experience into retail.
About the Project
Your mission is to design and implement the Cavazos Guest Experience System.
You'll work directly with our leadership team to transform multiple retail locations into hospitality-driven destinations.
This is not a traditional retail consulting project.
You'll help create a service culture that customers remember.
Responsibilities
- Observe customer interactions and identify opportunities.
- Design the Cavazos Guest Experience standards.
- Develop hospitality SOPs.
- Train managers and sales teams.
- Create onboarding and training materials.
- Improve customer journey from entry to checkout.
- Build upselling and storytelling techniques.
- Develop mystery shopping evaluations.
- Coach managers on leadership and accountability.
- Help create a repeatable hospitality system for future expansion.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or guest experience.
- Experience training teams and developing service standards.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Passion for design, hospitality, and customer psychology.
- Comfortable creating SOPs and documentation.
- Willing to travel to Houston for on-site consulting.
