Responsibilities:

• Attract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality guest experience
• Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship
• Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the guest areas
• Ensuring that all guests are provided access to all guest experience programs
• Lead and manage a seamless guest experience at arrival and departure

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in a front office role in a hotel, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) (specify preferred systems, e.g., Opera, etc.).
• High-level hospitality or customer service experience
