What You'll Do
As Front Desk Manager, you'll oversee daily front office operations, coach your team, and ensure smooth, guest-centric service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and scheduling front desk agents and night auditors
- Training staff on systems, service standards, and guest engagement techniques
- Monitoring check-in/check-out procedures, billing accuracy, and reservation flow
- Handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Managing inventory of supplies, keys, and technology tools
- Reviewing daily reports and audit summaries
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for front office staff
Requirements
What You Bring
• 2+ years of hotel front desk or guest services experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch)
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay composed under pressure
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
