In this role, you'll combine leadership, operational excellence, and relationship-building to ensure your location consistently delivers a seamless, first-class experience. You'll lead and develop your team, drive revenue performance, and ensure every guest interaction and vehicle presentation reflects Go Rentals' premium brand standards. Responsibilities- Lead, schedule, and develop Carcierge™ and Vehicle Care Specialist team members, modeling 5-star hospitality and Go Rentals brand standards
- Set clear performance expectations and coach team members to achieve revenue, conversion, utilization, and guest experience goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure all team members meet brand and service standards
- Recognize strong performance and address performance gaps to maintain a high-performing, accountable team culture
- Serve as the operational leader on shift, making real-time decisions on staffing, fleet, and guest priorities
- Drive location revenue through upgrades, conversions, fleet utilization, and proactive partner engagement
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust staffing and operations to meet demand and maximize results
- Build and maintain relationships with FBOs, hotels, and aviation partners to generate new business opportunities
- Support local market events and initiatives that elevate brand presence
- Provide reporting and insights on location performance to leadership
- Ensure every vehicle presented is immaculate, brand-ready, and exceeds company standards
- Ensure every guest interaction reflects Go Rentals' 5-star, personalized service experience
- Handle escalated guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and discretion
- Audit brand standards, including vehicle presentation, team readiness, and workspace standards
- Ensure compliance with rental agreements, safety protocols, and company policies
- 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, aviation services, vehicle rental, or a related high-touch service environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to drive revenue, performance metrics, and team results while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in private aviation, FBO, luxury hotel, or similar environment, preferred
- Familiarity with rental systems, scheduling tools, and performance reporting, preferred
- Established relationships within the local luxury travel or aviation community, preferred
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
